Restoring Stability, Creating Opportunity, Rebuilding Lives

Our mission is to reduce homelessness, recidivism, relapse, and family instability by creating housing-centered solutions that support sustainable success.

Sobriety Housing & Re-Entry Programs

The Development Project Corporation is committed to providing safe, structured, and supportive housing solutions for individuals and families transitioning through recovery, re-entry, and life stabilization.

Our Sobriety Housing & Re-Entry Programs are designed to help individuals rebuild their lives through stable housing, accountability, workforce development, life skills support, and community reintegration.

We believe recovery and re-entry require more than temporary shelter—they require structure, opportunity, support systems, and a pathway toward long-term independence.

Our mission is to reduce homelessness, recidivism, relapse, and family instability by creating housing-centered solutions that support sustainable success.

Transitional Sobriety Housing

We provide structured transitional housing for individuals recovering from substance use challenges and rebuilding stability after treatment, incarceration, homelessness, or major life disruption.

Our housing model focuses on:

Safe and stable living environments
Recovery accountability

Residents are supported with clear expectations, goal setting, and access to life-changing resources.
